Please review the chart below to familiarize yourself with which onsite meals are included for instructors by class. Note that student's meals may or may not be included based on the registration package each student selects upon registration. All field day lunches WILL be included for both instructors and students, so it is important that all plans/changes in plans be communicated to the Academy team immediately. The Wed evening BBQ will be included for all staff, and for instructors and students in courses occurring over a Wed. Those registering as Staff will be eligible for all meals.

We require all on-site instructors, staff and students to sign-in at the ICP. Staff will be posted at the ICP for assistance and check-in during the following times: (Unless posted otherwise)

Sunday: 3:00pm - 7:00pm

Monday: 6:30am -7:00pm

Tuesday: 6:30am - 7:00pm

Wednesday: 6:30am - 7:00pm*

Thursday: 7:00am – 7:00pm

Friday: 7:00am - 4:30pm

* On call between 5pm-7pm due to the BBQ
